New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund, exchange must be notified within 30 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or where there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
Domestic shipping (USA):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS ground and USPS Priority. For UPS 2day & UPS overnight, please if you want a faster currier chose it at the checkout. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery. Summer in may is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to whichever carrier handled the delivery.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery if selecting USPS, DHL express can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office, USP or DHL facility for further information concerning customs duties or fees.
